The SDA Language Institute held a Junior Vision Camp entitled “Dream Charger” from June 6 to 8, 2014. Students and faculty members from eight branches of the SDA Language Institute gathered to participate in the field-based experiential learning. Participants visited Seoul English Village, Korea Job World, and Seoul National University. They also went hiking around Namsan Park and had tours of several museums.
At the “Vision Talk Concert,” participants had opportunities to receive counseling from successful Adventist professionals, including a soccer coach, lawyer, investment expert and broadcaster, about finding their dream and establishing plans and goals for the future. Korea Job World provided them with various work experiences, such as being a broadcaster, fashion designer, etc.
“To search for a dream job, students first need a wealth of experience. I hope this camp would help participants to see the wider world through various angles, realize their dream, and make it come true,” said Moon SeongEun, the Junior Vision Camp manager.
