Pastor’s Wives Certification Program Strengthens Ministry Partners in Pakistan

On November 30 and December 3, 2024, the Pastor’s Wives Certification Program was held in Karachi and Lahore, with over 85 participants from the South and North sections of the Pakistan Union Section territory. This transformative initiative aimed to equip pastor’s wives with the tools and knowledge to serve more effectively in their unique roles as ministry partners.

Two esteemed leaders led dynamic and interactive seminars: Raquel Arrais, the Northern Asia-Pacific Division (NSD) Ministerial Spouses Association Coordinator, and Kim YoungMoon, the Pakistan Union Section MSA Coordinator. Their sessions offered practical insights, encouragement, and spiritual guidance tailored to the distinct challenges faced by pastor’s wives.

Key topics covered included effective communication, spiritual leadership, conflict resolution, and personal well-being. The program also emphasized fostering supportive church environments and building strong relationships within local communities. Participants actively engaged in discussions and activities, making the sessions lively, enriching, and impactful.

More than just a training event, the certification program provided a platform for mutual encouragement and growth. Pastor’s wives expressed gratitude for the opportunity to connect, share experiences, and gain valuable resources to strengthen their ministries.

“This initiative reflects the church’s commitment to empowering women in ministry, recognizing their vital role in advancing the mission of the gospel. Through programs like these, the Pakistan Union Section continues to nurture leaders who are well-prepared to support and inspire others in their spiritual journeys,” said Raquel Arrais.

The program underscored the church’s dedication to fostering leadership, collaboration, and spiritual growth among pastor’s wives, leaving a lasting impact on the participants and their communities.
