The first Sabbath in every March is designated by the women’s ministry department of General Conference (GC) as the International Women’s Day of Prayer. On March 3 this year, the Chinese Union Mission (CHUM) and Hong Kong-Macao Conference (HKMC) organized special activities for the women in Hong Kong.
Ninety-one members from nine churches celebrated this event. The theme for this year was “God Understands.” By adopting the material provided by the GC, organizers mobilized talents to write four short dramas to display how God leads us through different seasons in life.
Beautiful music and earnest prayers permeated the whole program. Women in Hong Kong were blessed by this uplifting event.
