The Northern Asia-Pacific Division has decided to name the hall “Jabez Hall.” President Kim YoHan mentioned that “Many ideas and names were suggested, but ‘Jabez Hall,’ was selected. This name was inspired by the Jabez project, which facilitated the extension of NSD’s territory to include four new countries. Through this hall, we hope and pray for growth and development in these four new countries.”

President Kim YoHan also expressed his sentiments about the completion of the building.  “It is delightful and joyful to witness the completion of this building. I am simply thankful, and we should all be thankful to God. Let us do our best for God’s work in accordance with our responsibilities.”

The construction, which began in mid-October, was completed at the end of January after three months. Elder Lee ChangHee, the construction manager, shared, “Despite the challenges we faced due to the winter construction, we were able to successfully complete it by the grace of God.” This space will be used as a multipurpose room, serving as both a worship and meeting room in the future.
