A Variety of Faith Programs Empower Mongolia’s Young People

God’s love is blooming in the hearts of Mongolian children through new and meaningful programs.

Children’s Ministries Department of the Mongolia Mission has taken an exciting new step in nurturing the spiritual growth of young believers by launching a Children’s Baptism Class. The program began with 13 enthusiastic participants. Five children have made the heartfelt decision to be baptized this spring. The remaining children, already baptized, joined the class voluntarily to deepen their faith and engage more meaningfully in Bible study.

This initiative reflects a strong commitment to spiritual development and a desire among the children to grow closer to God. It also highlights the intentional efforts of the Children’s Ministries Department to provide opportunities for faith-building and discipleship from an early age.

In addition to the baptism class, the ministry recently introduced a weekly youth club called “Go Get.” This club is a safe and welcoming space where children come together to pray, study the Bible, and support one another through life’s challenges. It’s become a meaningful community for young people, fostering spiritual growth and strong bonds of friendship and unity.

The department is also actively strengthening the faith of children and teens through various engaging programs. From interactive Bible games and verse challenges to baptism preparation classes and youth gatherings focused on self-esteem and identity in Christ, these events provide meaningful spiritual growth and connection opportunities.

“These initiatives are making a significant impact on the children of Mongolia as they embrace new experiences in their journey with Christ,” said Raquel Arrais, Children’s Ministries Director of the NSD. Through these creative and faith-centered programs, children and teens in Mongolia are learning what it means to follow Jesus, support one another, and be a light in their communities. As they continue to grow in faith and commitment, these efforts are clearly shaping the next generation of Christian leaders in Mongolia.
