The Family Ministries Departments of the Bangladesh Adventist Union Mission (BAUM) and the West Bangladesh Mission (WBM) jointly organized a Couples Seminar at Bangla Hope on May 29, 2025. The event brought together couples from surrounding churches for a day of spiritual renewal and relationship enrichment. More than 50 couples participated in the seminar, representing various congregations within the territory.
Led by Mahuya Roy, BAUM Family Ministries Director, and Rebecca Adhikary, WBM Family Ministries Director, the program emphasized biblical principles for strengthening family life. In her keynote address, Roy highlighted love, faithfulness, and mutual respect as the core values of Christian families. Adhikary provided practical guidance on communication and nurturing spiritual intimacy at home. Interactive sessions and group discussions allowed couples to share their experiences, challenges, and testimonies, fostering a supportive atmosphere of learning and encouragement.
A special vow renewal ceremony allowed couples to reaffirm their marital commitment before God, creating a memorable and spiritually uplifting experience for all in attendance. Many participants expressed gratitude for the opportunity to refocus on their family lives and left with renewed determination to build Christ-centered homes.
