Time flies, we are approaching the end of 2013. In the second half of this year, we have prepared three activities for our shepherdesses and their families: On September 14, we invited Mrs. Audrey Folkenberg to share with us on “How to set up an altar of prayers”.
On November 17, we joined with the CHUM and HKMC Families Ministries to hold a seminar and lunch buffet for the couples in Hong Kong. The theme was “ Be a Lifetime Lover”, Dr. Sally Phoon, NSD Families Ministries Director, and her husband, Dr. C. Y. Phoon were invited to be the speakers.
Couples may lose the “fall in love” feeling after they got married for many years. We provided this opportunity for them to refresh their love relationship which should be a lifetime long experience. They also reviewed and signed on the marriage pledge. All who attended were blessed.
We had our officer election and a Relaxation Seated Message sharing by Mrs. Jenny Tay on November 30. We were so happy getting together.
We pray that by next year, the wives of the pastors and the female ministers would join hands together to walk in the Lord and advance the ministries of the Shepherdess International (the Ministerial Spouse Association).
