Twelve Students Baptized During Gospel Week at Taiwan Adventist Academy

From October 27 to November 1, 2025, Taiwan Adventist Academy (TAA) held a six-day Gospel Week under the theme “When He Found Me.” During this special week, teachers led morning and evening worship services, sharing how the love of Jesus had found them and transformed their lives. Filled with the grace of the Holy Spirit, the program inspired many and became a meaningful testimony within the Taiwan Conference’s evangelistic strategy for Adventist Education Ministries.

Pastor Du, Director of the Education Department of the Taiwan Conference, encouraged all schools to participate in the “Discipleship Evangelism Plan,” a key part of the division-wide evangelistic movement “Loud Voice 2025.” This initiative aligns with the worldwide Total Member Involvement (TMI) program. Through the cooperation of teachers and a systematic five-stage approach, the evangelistic strategy reached remarkable results. During the first Gospel Week held from April 28 to May 2, nine students accepted Christ and received baptism. In this second Gospel Week, twelve students decided to follow Jesus Christ.

Participants shared, “Although we come from different families, cultures, and backgrounds, we realized that Jesus Christ has always been seeking us. In Him, we found true hope and joy, and we gained unshakable faith even amid life’s uncertainties.”

Pastor Du emphasized, “This spiritual harvest once again reminds us that the core mission of Adventist education is the salvation of souls.” He added, “The mission of Adventist education cannot be separated from that of the Church. We must fulfill the Great Commission of Jesus Christ: ‘Go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you’ (Matthew 28:19, 20).”

Taiwan Adventist Academy pledged to continue nurturing students to grow not only in knowledge but also in spirituality, so they can become the salt of the earth and the light of the world.
