New Developments at NSD

Pastor Kim Dae Sung’s new assignment as Korean Union Conference President calls forth changes at the Northern Asia-Pacific Division. On Wednesday, December 16, 2009 the Executive Committee took the following actions.  The NSD has invited Dr. HongPal Ha, Professor of Theology at Sahmyook University, to serve as Assistant to the President for General Affairs. His duties include being Sabbath School and Personal Ministries director, coordinator of major projects such as PMM, HHMM and 1000MM, ASI coordinator, Discipleship Initiative Coordinator, IT and website coordinator and coordinator of the Office of Assessment and Program Evaluation.

It has been decided to appoint Pastor Stanley Ng as Assistant to the President for Chinese Ministries. His duties include being Publishing Ministries director, Mission Strategy and Research Center director, AHCA coordinator, Leadership Training coordinator, China Affairs Committee secretary, internet evangelism coordinator, ATN and Hope Channel for Asia.

Pastor SeonMan Kim who takes care of the K-Project will be under the supervision of the presidential office.
