NSD transferred the Bible to Pastor Artur Stele, ESD President at the Exit program for the Bible at Sahmyook University church on June 27, 2009. Dr. Jairyong Lee, NSD President emphasized that we prepared this kind of event not just to show the Bible, but to remember that we are the people of the book. He also encouraged attendees to be closer to Christ with confidence that we have a special mission to manifest the holy word of God to people in darkness. Pastor Artur Stele, ESD President, suggested how to be a successful Christian evangelist quoting Act 14. He said miracles take place even in this moment to people who are captured by the word. Although we cannot understand something, when we follow the bible with faith, the Lord will accomplish our wish. In addition, Pastor SukHee Han, NSD Communication director gave a report on the itinerary of the Multilingual Bible with pictures. He said “this project is worthy and meaningful because it generated enthusiasm and love for Gods word wherever it went". He also appealed to keep the motto of Follow the Bible in our mind even though the Bible is leaving NSD. The Bible traveled all over the world through Euro-Asia Division, Trans-European Division, South American Division and other Divisions and will be presented to Dr. Jan Paulsen, GC President at the 57th General Conference Session in Atlanta, Georgia. USA in June 2010. The oversized bible of 12” x 18” in bonded leather was written by 66 different languages.
