Mongolia: The Fourth Group of 1000 Missionary Movement Training

June 20 2007, Ulaan Baatar, Mongolia

The Mongolia Mission Field (MMF) started their fourth group of 1000 Missionary Movement training on May 22, 2007. The group was comprised of young people from various places in Mongolia including Darkhan, Erdenet, Ovorkhangai, Sukhbaatar, Ulaan Bataar, and Tosontsengel, a three-day drive from Ulaan Bataar. Dr. Jo Minho, director of 1000 Missionary Movement, presented in the opening ceremony a message on the true meaning of being a missionary and the blessings and challenges a missionary would face in their mission fields.

Many classes were taught in the training including “How to Preach a Powerful and Spiritual Sermon”, “Personal and Public Evangelism”, “The Behavior of a Missionary”, “The Missionary and Spiritual Life”, “Understanding the 28 Seventh-day Adventist Fundamental Beliefs”. These classes would help the young people to gain a better understanding and be equipped as they enter into their mission fields.

The graduation for the fourth group of 1000 Missionary Movement is scheduled on June 27, 2007.
