Korea: A Presbyterian Church Association’s Research Book says "Adventist Church is not Heresy"

In June, 2004, a Presbyterian Church Association published a research book with the title of “Orthodoxy and Heresy” which said that the Seventh-day Adventist Church is not heresy. Also, several Church denominations included in the list of Not-heresy which had been classified as so called “Cult” by majority of Christian denominations. The Association named as “Yejangyeon” has about 120 Christian denominations in Korea.

After this publication, a lot of public newspapers have run about this issue. Some of newspapers said positively, at the same time, others not, although other conservative Church groups criticize the “Yejangyeon” for it’s judgment to support denominations that they don’t accept.

It is a quite rare case that other Sunday-keeping denomination groups recognize our Adventist Church as not-heresy in Korea. This fact has been encouraging the Adventist members to evangelize more actively in Korea.
